On Toolbars and Extensions tab, remove the suspicous add-ons from the browser.

Google Chrome

Launch Chrome and click on the Wrench icon or 3-bar icon.

Click on Tools and go to Extensions.

Find out and remove the any suspicious add-ons from the browser.

Mozilla Firefox:

Click on “Tools” and select “Add-ons”.

Find out and remove any add-ons associated with the redirect virus from your browsers.

Step 2: Launch the Windows Task Manager by pressing the keys Ctrl+ Alt+ Del. Go to “Processes” and find out any processes related to the redirect virus. Stop those malicious processes by using the “End Process” button.
