1. Remove virus related programs from Control Panel.

For Windows XP Users
Click on Start button → Select Control Panel → Click on Add/Remove Programs → Locate any suspicious programs → Click on Remove button.

For Windows 7/Vista Users:
Click on Start button → Select Control Panel → Click on Uninstall a Program / Programs and Features →Locate any unknown program → Click on Uninstall button.

For Windows 8 Users:
Move the mouse pointer to the right side corner → select Search → Search for “control panel” to get Control Panel→ click on Uninstall a Program → Locate any questionable program → click on Uninstall button.

3. Navigate to C:\Windows\System 32. In the folder of System 32, select and delete all Temp folders. Go to the following folders, find and delete any malicious files.

4. Click on the Start menu and select Run. Type “regedit” into the box and click OK. This will open the Registry Editor. Then you have to locate the following registry entries and delete them from your computer.
